Little Lambs

We recently acquired two lambs of mixed and uncertain heritage from a friend who manages a flock on a landfill in Southeastern PA, where we used to live. Meet our ewe, Cosmic Faith's Dark Skies (call name Skye) and our ram, Simeon, who was a bottle baby. His "mama" had been calling him Monkey, but since we already have a little Monkey (see the Kid page), we changed his name to Simeon (rhymes with simian - get it? - LOL).

Bob wanted to call them Stihl and Echo, since we got them primarily so he doesn't have to mow as much. We've compromised and gave them the surname "Whacker" and plan to call their first offspring Stihl and Echo (and maybe Husqvarna), although I think it would be great to call Skye Whacker's children Luke and Leia! 😁
